AI Ethics & Governance
Policy, review processes, and practical guardrails for how AI is built and deployed responsibly.
I build thoughtful, human-centered practices for responsible AI — grounded in a career across organizational development, human resources, program management, and operations.
I’m the AI Ethics Coordinator at Alquire, Inc., where I lead artificial-intelligence ethics and governance while coordinating the people and operations behind it — vendor and employee management, onboarding, training compliance, employee relations, project delivery, and stakeholder coordination. The work calls for careful listening, sound judgment, and solutions that are fair, practical, and responsible.
My approach is grounded in clear communication and well-defined expectations: trust is earned when people listen, clarify what success looks like, and address concerns directly. The common thread across my career is creating structure without losing sight of the people a decision affects — because when policies and processes are clear, practical, and inclusive, teams perform and organizations reduce risk and strengthen their culture.
That perspective comes from unusually broad experience — organizational development, HR operations, program and project management, executive support, nonprofit and municipal government, real estate, and property management, including a $3.5 million residential portfolio. I hold an MBA in Human Resources & Organizational Development and a B.A. in Sociology with a minor in Human Development, plus the Google Project Management Certificate.
What I bring to the table — a practice built on organizational development, program management, and responsible AI.
Policy, review processes, and practical guardrails for how AI is built and deployed responsibly.
Human-resources programs, employee relations, and training that help people and teams perform.
Cross-functional coordination — delivery, grants, contracts, and stakeholders — kept moving and accountable.
“Ethics isn’t a checkpoint at the end of the build. It’s a habit practiced in every meeting before it.”
